Shipping & Returns

How do I qualify for free shipping?

Standard Shipping is free on all U.S. orders that meet the minimum purchase value of $35 before taxes. You can easily verify your eligibility by checking the order subtotal during checkout.

What is the estimated shipping?

Shipping time begins once your order has been shipped. Estimated delivery times by region are as follows:

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 4–6 business days after your order has shipped.

Please note:

  • Orders placed after 12 PM PT (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will process the following business day.
  • During high-order volume periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly delayed.

How can I start a return?

We’re sorry to hear your Moi Beauty product didn’t meet your expectations. 

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used or opened cosmetics.

  • Damaged or incorrect orders: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us your order details at trymoibeauty@moibeauty.us and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
  • Unopened products: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Email us your order details at trymoibeauty@moibeauty.us

How do I change or cancel my order?

In an effort to ship your products as quickly and efficiently as possible, we begin processing your order immediately after it’s placed. Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel or make changes once an order has been submitted.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking numberand carrier details.

If you experience any allergic or adverse reactions to our products, please seek medical attention immediately and contact your healthcare provider.If it is an emergency, call 911 without delay.
